Ordering and shipping information

All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Most orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 1pm CEST. If your order is placed over the weekend or on national holidays, it will be dispatched the next working day. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number of the shipment.

Your order will be shipped via UPS or postal mail, depending on the country of delivery.

Yes, for security reasons a signature is required upon delivery.

We are pleased to offer free UPS shipping to Spain (peninsula). For all other countries, please see shipping and returns.

If you wish to make changes to your order once it has been placed, please contact us by phone or email. We will do our best to make any necessary changes, however, we are unable to amend or cancel orders after they have been packed for dispatch.

For security reasons we do not send to PO boxes.

Shop locations

We do not work with optical centers and stores external to TERRAE.

Payment

Your credit card will be charged once you have completed the purchase process.

Accepted payments are: credit/debit card, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Where required by law, we charge the corresponding sales tax. During the checkout process you will see the amount of these taxes depending on the delivery location.

Guarantee

Authentic TERRAE glasses are guaranteed for two years from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. If you have purchased from a shop, please contact the shop directly for service. If you purchased online at terraebymr.com, please contact us at ciao@terrabymr.com. Please have your purchase receipt ready, we will request it as part of the warranty process.

Your privacy

A resounding no. We will only keep data for the time required by law.

Returns

Eyewear purchased from terraebymr.com can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. Please check our returns policy.

Yes, we accept returns on international purchases. However, duties and taxes are non-refundable. For more information, please see our returns policy.

Shipping instructions will be emailed to you once your return request has been processed and accepted. When shipping, please make sure you pack and seal the box securely. Original packaging is essential. Be sure to keep the tracking number so that your package does not get lost.

Yes, the entire collection is on our website.

We can only guarantee the authenticity of TERRAE products purchased through terraebymr.com, our showroom or our authorised dealers. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of items purchased from private individuals or through unauthorised sales channels (eBay, Amazon, etc.). Items purchased from private individuals or unauthorised sales channels will not be covered by our warranty.

Items usually look the same, however, computer monitors may vary, so the colours on your screen may look slightly different from the actual product. In addition, the patterns on some of our acetates are customised and unique to each finished product. Most of our products are handmade, so the final results may have some variations.

We are not yet able to offer prescription lenses or optical frames through terraebymr.com, but all of our models are prescription lenses.

The glasses are measured in millimetres.
